Tampa Flats Sight Fishing: Non-Stop Topwater Action All Day

Non-stop bites all day long! I took New and their crew out early morning this fall for some flats fishing around Tampa. The weather started overcast but clearing in the afternoon made for perfect conditions on the water. We had ideal shallow water conditions for working the flats all day.
