Cloudy Skies and Wet Weather Made for Perfect Iceland Fishing!
The crew and I headed out for some fall inshore fishing during the late morning hours. Cloudy skies hung over us throughout the day with rain coming down, while we worked the waters around Iceland. Despite the wet conditions, we made the most of our time on the water with our shared trip setup.
We focused on light tackle fishing, mixing in some casting and drift fishing techniques. The inshore waters around this area are perfect for these methods, especially when the weather keeps things interesting. We didn't stick a trophy on this run, but every cast and minute on the water was worth it. The crew stayed positive through the rain, and we wrapped up the trip with good vibes all around.
